Responsibilities
Performance & Channel Copywriting
- Write high-converting copy for paid search, paid social, display ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and organic social media.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to refine and improve copy performance.
Brand Voice & Content Execution
- Apply established brand voice guidelines and style standards across all portfolio brands.
- Tailor copy to specific clinical specialties and regional demographics while preserving brand integrity.
SEO, AEO & GEO Optimization
- Write and optimize web copy for SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO platforms.
- Ensure practice content ranks as an authoritative answer for patient search queries.
Communication & Collaboration
- Draft patient communications, newsletters, email marketing, press releases, and corporate announcements.
- Collaborate across marketing to align copy with campaign strategies, visual assets, and channel goals.
Clinical Accuracy & Regulatory Compliance
- Research dental and medical topics to ensure all content is clinically accurate and transparent.
- Maintain 100% compliance with HIPAA, state healthcare advertising regulations, and patient privacy standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience: 5+ years of copywriting and content marketing experience (in-house, agency, or corporate healthcare).
- Healthcare & Compliance: Proven healthcare marketing background with working knowledge of HIPAA and medical communication standards.
- Conversion & Social: Demonstrated success writing conversion copy for digital channels alongside organic social media execution.
- Multi-Brand Management: Experience adapting and maintaining distinct brand voices across multi-location networks.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, structured content, and marketing performance metrics.
- Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred
- Direct experience in the dental industry (general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics, or prosthodontics).
- Experience executing copy across regional or multi-state network footprints.
- Familiarity with modern CMS platforms, project management tools, and AI-assisted research tools.
