Position Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Property Manager in Clearwater, FL who has extraordinary energy, attention to detail, and communication skills. We need someone who has the desire to work hard, excel, and grow within a great company.
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily community, overseeing leasing, resident relations, and on-site staff to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role manages the property's budget, rent collection, and vendor relationships while ensuring the community is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with fair housing and local regulations. The Property Manager works closely with ownership and the regional/portfolio team to track occupancy trends, control expenses, and execute leasing and marketing strategies that drive performance. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to handle resident concerns, coordinate maintenance requests, and lead a small on-site team. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring someone who can balance operational detail with a resident-first, culture-driven approach to property management. Proficiency in AppFolio Property Manager is required.
Work hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, 1+ Saturday/month
Hourly wage: $22-24/hour
Overtime: Available, and encouraged
Incentive structure: Opportunity to earn an additional $20,000+ in monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
