MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham is hiring an Internet Sales BDC representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be a bright, motivated, professional, detail oriented, organized, and hard-working individual, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comes with monthly performance based bonus.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Manage all Inbound Phone &Internet inquiries in a timely manner and generate quality showroom traffic.
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
- Build strong customer relationships, maintain customer loyalty and positive reviews.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by management.
- Communicate effectively and work in close partnership with Management and Sales Consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
- Contribute to overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll up your sleeves attitude to drive maximum results.
- Attend all dealership training/meetings to ensure strong growth and consistently high individual & team performance.
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs/priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
- Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends.
- Stay up to date on BDC/Sales Best Practices and Product Knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Sales BDC Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar position.
- Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, and oral form.
- All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
