Birmingham Personal Injury Firm looking for a paralegal. The Burton Law Firm is a family-owned personal injury practice located in the Five Points South Historic District since 1984.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year litigation experience required
- Experience in personal injury preferred.
- Must have experience ordering medical records and billing
- Must have experience organizing and uploading medical records and billing
- Must have experience with opening subrogation claims
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems preferred. Case Peer and/or File Vine
- Highschool graduate or associates degree
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
