Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Afternoons (Monday–Friday)
Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism! We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in our fun, clinic-based environment.

Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Afternoon hours (approximately 12:30 PM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
- Build positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapy environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Ability to engage actively with children throughout therapy sessions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to pass required background screenings.

Pay: $29.43 - $35.44 per hour
