This is you if
- Licensed in WA and full-time (or in process)
- A producer ready to do more volume with support behind you, or a hungry newer agent who wants to be trained right
- Comfortable working leads and following up relentlessly
- Want infrastructure and systems, not a solo grind

- Keep your pipeline and CRM current
- Show up for weekly coaching and team meetings
Compensation
- Competitive commission split with bonuses
- Realistic Year One: $80K–$250K+ depending on experience, production, and lead mix
- Path to senior agent and team leadership as we grow
