TNT Services began operations in 2018. Our company specializes in providing a wide variety of civil construction offerings both on the commercial and residential side of the industry, along with land development, fencing/welding, trucking/hauling services, among many others, while operating out of Kerrville, Texas.

We are looking for somone that will play an important role in the success of our company and it's future growth. We need an individual that is a self-motivator, who has great communication skills, and is well-versed in the field of civil construction, and can plan and manage the day to day needs of a construction site. Someone who can manage a team of foreman, operators, and ground hands in a safe and efficient manner. An individual who excels at reporting, maintaining budgets, and exhibits above average positive leadership qualities.
Job Description (Duties, Responsibilites, and Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
- Strong project management skills with experience in project scheduling and coordination
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Create and manage a construction project budget
- Create a construction project management plan
- Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones
- Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery
- Manage resources such as construction materials, construction workers and equipment
- Create status reports for company leadership.
- Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Allocate and manage resource logistics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 – 55.0 per week
