Job description:
Position: Experienced Barista
We are seeking a barista with a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be experienced in grinding coffee to the proper texture, adjusting grinder settings, measuring coffee, milk, and syrups accurately to maintain consistency in every drink, applying even pressure when tamping espresso, monitoring shot quality, and steaming milk to a silky texture. Latte art is a plus. Strong attention to detail, precision, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and excellent customer service are required. Other duties and responsibilities apply.
Must be comfortable using a POS system, accurately cashing out customers, and placing orders while keeping the café running smoothly.
