We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative who brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to every customer interaction. You don’t need a long list of past roles—what matters most is your ability to listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and ensure every customer feels supported across chat, phone, and email.
Salary starts at $26 per hour
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and feedback via phone, chat, and email
Provide clear, helpful answers while maintaining a friendly and respectful tone
Troubleshoot product or service issues and ensure a smooth resolution
Log all customer interactions accurately in our support system (e.g. Zendesk)
Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure closure
Collaborate with other teams to solve recurring issues and improve service
Represent our values and commitment to customer care in every interaction

Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
