Job Overview
Endless Summer Pool Cleaning is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our growing team for the busy summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial pools to ensure they remain clean, safe, and operating efficiently for our customers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and providing excellent customer service while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning maintenance including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and debris removal
- Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality and safety standards
- Clean filters, skimmer baskets, tiles, and waterlines
- Inspect pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and circulation systems
- Troubleshoot and identify equipment or system issues
- Maintain accurate records of services completed and chemical treatments
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
- Assist with seasonal pool openings/closings
Qualifications
- Previous pool technician or service technician experience preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical labor including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $18.75 - $25.00 per hour
