Sceptre Security, LLC is a Florida Class B Security Agency. We have several condo properties ranging from small to very large which require unarmed security officers in the Destin, San Destin, and FWB area. The positions require the officer(s) to work well in Homeowner Association setting.
We have multiple shifts available. Monday through Sunday: 5PM to 1AM; 6PM to 2AM; 4PM to 12A; and 9am to 5pm, other possible varied shifts.
· Responsibilities
· Maintain professional appearance and smell. Maintain neat and clean uniform, nails, and hair.
· Address condo guests and owners with proper respect and attitude.
· Monitor access control wristband policies at entrances on the property and mainly pool areas.
· Enforce curfew policy
· Parking Enforcement and writing violations
· Enforce fire prevention policy
· Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
· Skills
· Preferred two (2) years of Security Officer experience
· Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
· Familiarity with report writing
· Excellent surveillance and observation skills
· Florida Class D (Unarmed Security License) at minimum
· High School diploma is required
· Physically Fit
· Reliable transportation
