Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator MPC Veterinary Care – San Antonio, TX

MPC Veterinary Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our clients and patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for every family that walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Check patients in and out of appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members
- Assist with client education and follow-up communications
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support clinic operations and workflow throughout the day
