Position: Patient Staffing Coordinator
Location: Linden NJ
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule home care services for patients
- Admit new patients and ensure timely onboarding
- Match caregivers with appropriate cases based on availability and needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and agency staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with daily operations to ensure quality and compliance
Qualifications:
✔Staffing experience is REQUIRED
✔ Experience in home care or healthcare is highly preferred
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, and scheduling software)
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Detail-oriented team player with a passion for helping others
