We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 16-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Mount Olive, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN looking to make a meaningful impact while working a consistent day schedule.
Position Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Assignment Length: 16 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Location: Mount Olive, NC
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Pay: $28–$30 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina LPN License (Required)
- Current BLS Certification (Required)
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
