Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced server who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver outstanding hospitality with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of serving experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials
- Handle transactions and process payments correctly
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
