We're looking to fill a full-time position for a computer hardware repair technician in Redmond, WA.
We mainly repair various models of laptops, though we do work with desktops, servers, etc. from time to time as well.
This is a full-time position so potential employees should expect to be working 40 hours per week. Experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Some basic technical knowledge will be necessary however as troubleshooting is a big part of the job.
The main aspects of the job are:
- Diagnosing computers (hardware/software)
- Ordering parts
- Updating the tickets with relevant information
- Performing the repair
- Performing QA checks after repair completion
- Closing tickets out properly when completed.
Being an entry level position, the starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Please carefully think about whether this starting wage will work for you before completing an application.
