Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, early riser, self-starter, and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our HIGH-END mobile and modular homes retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail sales skills in a dynamic environment. Bilingual abilities and prior supervising experience are a plus, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential. The Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Daily training on our structured sales processes along with finance and construction details.
Responsibilities
- Driving self-generated customers to the model center using social media, and other marketing platforms.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers to finding their dream home.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the PERFECT HOME that meets their needs
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Walking customers A-Z through the home buying process.
Skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain features
- Bilingual communication skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly POSITIVE attitude
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members seamlessly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
