What Does the Job Require? As our Sales Support & Referral Coordinator, you'll help ensure leads are followed up with, appointments are scheduled, and referral relationships remain strong. Assist with product demonstrations And general office activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Scheduling consultations and coordinating appointments
- Following up with prospective customers
- Maintaining CRM records and lead tracking
- Supporting referral partner outreach and relationship management
- Communicating with hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, and healthcare professionals
- Gathering reviews and customer feedback
- Assisting with sales and administrative support tasks
- Assisting General management with various tasks
