Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Ganesh Swiss Lathe Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating Ganesh Swiss Lathes, strong blueprint reading skills, and hands-on experience using precision measuring tools.

Schedule
Training Shift – 1st Shift:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Permanent Assigned Shift – 2nd Shift:
Monday – Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
Important: Candidates must be flexible and willing to complete training on 1st Shift before transitioning to the assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Ganesh Swiss Lathes.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Produce high-quality parts with strong attention to detail.
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain part quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Meet production requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Ganesh Swiss Lathes is required.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and dependable attendance is required.
- Ability to follow safety and production procedures.
- No cell phone use is permitted on the plant floor.
Language
English is not required for this position. Candidates who do not speak English are welcome to apply. Translators are available for several languages, including Spanish and Vietnamese.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
