The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the overall upkeep, maintenance, and repair of the property to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, guests, and staff. In this role, you will direct a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize and delegate work orders, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors for specialized services. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that maintenance standards meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
This is a full-time, regular position based in Conyers, GA. The Maintenance Lead will work onsite at 50 Loch Haven Drive, SE with a work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position also requires occasional on-call availability (on rotation) for emergency maintenance services, including evenings and weekends.

Must Haves
- 3-5 years’ experience in multi-family property maintenance, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and grounds maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice-To-Haves
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, CPO, EPA, CAMT) are preferred, but may be required within a certain timeframe after hire.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move about for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend or stoop, as needed, to perform repairs.
- Ability to climb, as needed, to perform repairs.
- Ability to move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to operate necessary tools/equipment to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Ability to work in both office and on-site property environments, including outdoor areas subject to weather conditions.
