What this is:
- 1099 independent contractor role in life insurance and wealth strategy sales
- Commission-based, no base pay, uncapped income potential
- Hybrid: work remote or from our office, your choice
- Full training provided, no license or industry experience required to start

- Willing to commit 20-40+ hours a week
- Coachable, hungry, and not looking for an easy way out
- Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
- Resilient. This is sales. It gets hard. We need people who stay when it does
