Job Summary
Studio City Tires & Complete Auto Care is a family-owned, full-service automotive center with over 50 years of experience serving the San Fernando Valley. We are looking for a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our technicians — ensuring every vehicle is diagnosed, repaired, and returned with transparency, accuracy, and care.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct a professional vehicle write-up upon arrival
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document symptoms for technicians
- Provide repair estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins
- Communicate repair status and findings to customers throughout the process
- Review completed work orders with customers at vehicle delivery and explain all services performed
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle inspection findings and manufacturer maintenance schedules
- Coordinate workflow with shop technicians to meet promised delivery times
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and follow-up with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in the shop management system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair or dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret vehicle inspection reports and repair orders
- Experience with shop management software (e.g., TireGuru, Mitchell1, Shop-Ware, or similar)
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience with smog check services and BAR compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Armenian) a plus

Monday–Friday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM
Saturday: 7:30AM - 3:30PM

Starting at $60,000
