Account Executive

Location: Onsite in Williamsville, NY

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for Executive Search Recruiting and Business Development. In this role you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and generating business opportunities.
Experience we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of agency recruiting AND business development experience preferred
- Experience with outbound sales, new business development prospecting, and cold calling
- Ability to work in office in Williamsville, NY
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database
Responsibilities:
- New Client Business Development - focusing on Accounting, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Legal industries.
- Develop Client Partnerships - identify hiring needs and opportunities to support clients with additional searches.
- Develop and expand relationships with clients, senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
