Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Execute floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying protective treatments
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like trash removal, patio cleaning, and light landscaping tasks when required
- Assist with housekeeping management by organizing supplies, tracking cleaning schedules, and reporting maintenance needs
- Practice proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to ensure safety at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, and floor care techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated schedules
- Experience with laundry processes and custodial duties preferred
- Familiarity with outdoor maintenance tasks such as trash disposal or light landscaping is a plus
