Job Description:
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing all new temps that fit within a variety of job assignments
- Anticipate potential needs by actively recruiting a pool of potential temps through a variety of methods to include job fairs, advertisements, community partnerships, internet based programs, and networking
- Use drive software system to recruit candidates already registered with Goodwin William
- Function as the human resource contact for temps to include completion of all paper work (I-9, copies of ID, application), accurate input of data into drive software system, background and drug screening
- Track and verify payroll for client for submission
- Act as a liaison between client and the temp and a liaison between sales and the client
- Work with the sales staff to verify all data for new job orders and qualifications for temporary positions
- And all other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in the Virginia Beach office with occasional work in the Newport News office, as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good time management skills
- Customer service skills
