About Us
Safe and Sound Construction and Roofing is a rapidly growing exterior remodeling company serving Central Florida. We specialize in roofing, insurance restoration, siding, and window replacement, and we are focused on building a high-performance team and long-term organization.We are looking for a driven Roofing Sales Manager to help build, lead, and scale our sales organization. This is not a “manage the board” position. We want a leader who can recruit talent, develop people, create accountability, and help build a winning sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard sales representatives
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Train and develop account managers
- Create accountability and performance standards
- Improve close rates and overall profitability
- Track KPIs and sales performance
- Help generate self-sourced and community-based leads
- Build and maintain a strong team culture
- Work closely with ownership to help scale the company
- Support account managers with customer relations
Qualifications
- Prior sales management experience preferred
- Leadership and recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to coach and develop a sales team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Roofing or insurance restoration experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- On-target earnings: $120,000–$150,000+
- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
