We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our growing team in Godley, Texas.
Position Summary
The Receptionist / Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet clients, real estate agents, lenders, and visitors
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Organize, scan, file, and manage documents and records
- Assist with closing disbursements and related administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Create and schedule social media content for company marketing efforts
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate office organization
- Assist escrow officers and other team members with administrative support
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, office administration, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus
- Real estate, title company, mortgage, or legal office experience is preferred but not required
