Open Positions & Pay Rates:
Maintenance Technician (All Shifts)
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift)
$75,000 – $100,000 per year
CNC Programmer (Day Shift)
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour
Shipping / Material Handler (2nd Shift)
$19.00 – $24.00 per hour
Production & Machine Operations (All Shifts):
- Packaging Specialist (Roll Fed)
- Machine Operator / Setup Technician
- Roto Mold Operator
- Thermoforming & Routing Machine Operator

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Performing setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining safety and quality standards
- Supporting shipping, material handling, or packaging processes
- Assisting with preventative maintenance (for maintenance roles)
✅ Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred (varies by position)
- Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety
