Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee our pool installation and maintenance projects at various job sites. The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality service delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced supervisors to contribute to our reputation for excellence in the pool industry.
Duties
- Route Pool Responsibilities
- Customer complaint resolution
- Address issues immediately
- Send technician back if needed
- Phone call to customer for follow up
- Daily reviews addressing any issues found during previous day during audits/follow ups
- Review any chemistry out of range
- Meet techs on site for training and correction
- Investigate any issues for additional customer communication and actions
- Completion of all company-approved and assigned Maintenance repairs
- Gaskets, baskets, gauges, o’rings
- Recognizing, escalating and actioning pools that are “down” and need urgent attention
- Route Pool Audits
- Route Pool Follow Ups
- One time cleans
- G2C
- Pools Evals
- Assisting with 28 days
- Staining Identification
- Ensure all direct report technicians are off-property and en-route to their first stop within 30 minutes of punch-in time
- Ensure all pools in territory are cleaned for each day and for the week
- Onboard new customers

- 2 years experience
- Start up and 28 day familiarity
- Service tech level 1 and II knowledge
- LSI/Orenda Training
- Pentair University
- CST Certification
- CMS Certification
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Physical Requirement: heavy lifting, bending and standing for long periods
Pay: $58,000.00 per year
