Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs.
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers, POS systems, and 10-key typing.
- Handle cash drawer management, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily transactions.
- Promote retail lending options and financial services tailored to customer requirements.
- Conduct data entry for customer accounts, loan processing, and loan collections with precision.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or retail store environments is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial software usage.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience with banking or financial services is a plus.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently using various software tools.
- Familiarity with loan processing, loan collections, and cash management procedures is advantageous.
- Must be comfortable handling cash transactions, cashiering duties, and operating POS systems.
