Our hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Weekends. The Drug Store Pharmacy is an independently owned pharmacy that has served Central Ohio for over 50 years. Established in 1970, the pharmacy began servicing customers in the South End of Columbus as a traditional neighborhood pharmacy. Over the years we have added new services and products to our business. We started with prescription dispensing and then added Home Medical Equipment & Supplies, Incontinent supplies, Nutritionals, and a long term care division. Not only are we fully staffed, but we have a 200-drug filling Robot and offer Prescription Delivery across Franklin County.

Qualifications
1. At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.
2. Independent pharmacy experience; a plus
3 certified immunizer or willing to become one in the first 90 days
4 Long term care experience; a plus
Duties include:
- Learn & manage our LTC division.
- Build relationships with our customers.
- Monitor Perpetual Inventory.
- Utilize tools to maximize patient adherence
- Train and /or mentor incoming staff
- Understand and/or assist in third party billing issues
- Become familiar with robot functions and troubleshooting
- Do performance evaluation of staff annually
