Authorize enterprise-level logistics frameworks supporting supply chain operations, transport networks, distribution channels, and maintenance programs while validating absolute alignment with DoD policies, joint logistics doctrine, and theater-specific legal mandates.
Directs the strategic integration of commercial logistics capabilities, managed attribution approaches, and resilient sustainment models across distributed and contested D-DIL (Disconnected, Intermittent, and Low-bandwidth) environments within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
Authorize high-level courses of action (COAs) for steady-state and contingency profiles, validate master logistics common operational picture (LOGCOP) and universal logistics tracking metrics (ULM) data architectures, and approve multi-organizational theater movement control strategies between commercial providers, joint commands, and special operations forces.
