Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (August 31, 2026 – June 11, 2027)
Pay Range: $20.76–$23.50 per hour

Pacific Crest School is seeking a caring, dependable, and engaged individual to support children in our Primary Level Aftercare Program (ages 3–6). This position is a wonderful opportunity to work with young children in a warm, respectful Montessori environment while gaining hands-on experience in early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Support the needs of children during the afternoon program
- Provide a consistent, calm, and nurturing presence
- Collaborate with the classroom and aftercare team
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience caring for or working with children ages 3–6
- Interest in or openness to learning about Montessori philosophy
- Patience, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
