General Purpose of the Job: The Line Cook is responsible for creating a dining experience while working with
the Executive Chef, and Sous Chef to ensure quality of food menu items and upholding brand and safety
standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Team Member include, but are not limited to:
- Assist and follow the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in daily prep and service
- Take direction and feedback to ensure quality of product
- Complete tasks in a decent and timely manner
- Follow recipes and chef’s direction on all menu items
- Strive to uphold excellence in food quality and performance
- Communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff
- Prep and cook while working smart, clean, organized, and calculated
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following sanitation standards, complying with
- health and legal regulations and maintaining security systems
- Communicate effectively and genuinely with staff members, guests and all departments
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork oriented, fun, energetic, friendly and passionate
Requirements:
- 2+ years of line cook experience in high-end, and high-volume restaurant
- Polished, professional, and energetic approach cooking
- Flexible schedule with weekend, holidays, and evening availability
- Ability to be adaptable and abide by policies and values of company
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must complete and maintain required training in compliance with local and state regulations,
- such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

- Must be impeccable in appearance and in the proper uniform every day without exception.
- Walks and stands during entire shift.
- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe.
- Remain stationary for long periods of time.

- Be Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slipping and tripping.
