Join Our Print Production Team (Finishing / Bindery)
Be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment producing high-quality printed materials. You’ll operate cutting and binding equipment, work with a dedicated team, and help keep production moving smoothly while meeting deadlines.
Daily Tasks
- Operate finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and other bindery equipment
- Set up machines accurately for each job
- Ensure clean, precise cuts, folds, and bindings on every run
- Monitor production and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
- Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Print finishing / bindery experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working around production equipment in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay accurate under deadlines
- Mechanical and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Able to follow job tickets/specs and communicate clearly with the team
- Able to lift materials as needed- Sometimes up to 40lbs.
- This is an on-your-feet role — standing and moving for most of the 8-hour shift
Schedule
- Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Early start required — must be comfortable beginning work at 5:00 AM
