Under minimal supervision from the Device Integration Manager, the Device Integration Engineer Senior will focus on integrating clinical devices with EHR systems. Responsible for the ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance of integrated clinical devices being supported by the Masimo interface. Lead in collaboration between internal teams including interfaces, EHR application teams, Clinical engineering and Infrastructure teams, as well as external vendors and partners. The lead on integration projects, adhering to the IT System Life cycle methodology, producing functional and /or technical specifications, conducting meetings, completing system upgrades and coordinating volume testing, leading and adhering to the IT system change management processes. Takes initiative to handle tasks independently and provide oversight to other team members. This position may be assigned to work on special projects, and other job duties, as needed.

- Work with the user community to develop functional business requirements that adhere to the standard IT project methodology
- The lead in resolving cross-functional issues that are escalated throughout the development, testing, implementation, and support of the lifecycle.
- Supports assigned production environments, troubleshoots technical application issues, documents incoming requests whether handled internally in IS or with a vendor. Delivers high quality support during the implementation of new devices.
- Provides Clinical device related guidance to other team members.
- Participates in the on-call (rotating) coverage.
- Maintains/Writes documentation and procedures for managing integrated clinical devices with the EHR.
- Provide updates on status and progress of support tasks and projects.
- Participate in and successfully completes Mandatory Education. Achieve and maintain certifications
