We are seeking an Entry Level Bilingual Case Manager to join our personal injury firm located in Charlotte, NC, and to work in close collaboration with our attorneys to enhance the client experience. Full-Time | $20.19/hr | Onsite/In Person | Charlotte, NC
Positions Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with an hour for lunch
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advocate for clients and aid in making informed decisions
- Assist clients in obtaining medical care and support services
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
- Manage case assignments, monitor progress, and maintain organized case files
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and senior paralegals
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations
Requirements/Skills
- Fluent in conversational Spanish
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Compassion for clients and a strong desire to assist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
