The Line Cook plays a key role in preparing and serving quality meals for our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling available.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.

Ensure meals are nutritious, well-presented, and served at proper temperatures.

Accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, texture-modified diets).

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed.

Work collaboratively with the dining and caregiving teams to ensure excellent resident experiences.
Qualifications:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus).

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
