We are looking for a rising sales professional who is ready to skip a few levels of the corporate sales ladder and jump straight to Senior Commercial Account Executive. This is not a door to door residential sales role, this is a full-time B2B pest control sales role. This team focuses on working with Property Managers, Business leaders, Business Owners, and a variety of facilities directors to sign their properties and portfolios up on a preventative pest control contracts.

Sales Experience Required. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude that wants great earning potential! We offer extensive training for our Account Executives who deliver valuable service to customers every day. Your main goal will be making and maintaining lasting relationships with commercial clients. While there will be multiple leads delivered to you we will also rely on you to generate business on your own. You will learn how to locate and meet with business owners and managers of all sorts and find ways to provide a better pest control service for them. You will be paid on top of base salary for each and every contract you bring into the business. Contracts range from $3,000-$100,000 in value.
Commercial B2B sales experience required, sales experience in working with property managers, business owners, or office managers also preferred.

Job Description:
- Generating and closing leads on our Commercial Sales Team. Some leads will come from internal marketing processes, some will be self-generated.
- Ensuring a smooth transition from sales team to customer service team so the customer is retained and happy with service.
Qualifications:
- Must be located in SF/Bay Area - relocation costs will be covered
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is required. Sales Leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High School Diploma required
- Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV
- Pass a back ground check
