Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
- Efficiently manage customer relationships through our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and manage inventory.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, promoting best practices in sales and customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A proactive attitude toward upselling products and improving the overall shopping experience.
- Valid Driver's License with no more than (2) moving violations in the past three years.
