A credential in Early Childhood Education is required. A desire to work with children through positive interaction is required. Continuing education classes preferred. Must have completed or must complete Positive Guidance class, in a classroom setting, within first 6 months of employment. CPR and First Aid certification required within first 30 days of employment. Clean police background check required before the first day of work. Good time management, oral and written communication required. Dependable, flexible, and a team player required.
