The Branch Sales Associate plays an integral role in all aspects of branch operations, from customer engagement to inventory management. This position requires a strong commitment to service excellence, with consistent follow-up and follow-through to build and sustain valuable customer relationships—from initial lead generation to closing the sale. As a key member of the branch team, you will contribute to the store’s overall performance by supporting sales efforts, managing shipping and receiving tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations. Over time, Branch Sales Associates are expected to develop the skills and readiness to serve as “Manager for the Day” when needed.

Education/Certifications/Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. from the floor

Forklift certification provided by Keeling Company

Ability to use the computer for e-mail, invoicing, and inventory management

High School degree or equivalent

High energy and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and customer service

A technical or Agricultural Degree is a plus

1 year prior, proven accomplished sales experience is a plus

Product certifications as required and provided by Keeling Company
