<li>Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems, such as user interface, e-commerce applications, site animation.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and solves the software issues.</li>
<li>Researches technical problems and suggests improvements for web applications.</li>
<li>Analyzes and integrates new web products\technologies with existing web applications to improve the web design and application functionality.</li>
<li>Knowledge about one or multiple commonly used web developing languages (e.g., HTML, Java, PHP, JSP, ASP. Net, Python, AJAX) is necessary.</li>
<li>Experience with JavaScript framework such as JQuery.</li>
<li>Experience with MySQL, Experience with SEO / SEM, very strong HTML / XHTML knowledge.</li>
<li>Work with proprietary framework. Must adapt to new environment quickly.</li>
<li>Very strong CSS knowledge.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver measurable results in an aggressive production environment.</li>
<li>Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be well organized and detailed oriented.</li>
<li>Strong sense of responsibilities.</li>
<li>Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment.</li>
