Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

OVERVIEW:
On-Target Supplies & Logistics is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to support our Dallas corporate office, warehouse operations, and client locations. This role serves as the primary technology resource for daily support, systems administration, network needs, and practical AI training. We need someone who is technically strong, service-minded, and comfortable helping employees make better use of technology. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting, teaching, and owning an IT environment from end to end.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the first contact for technology requests, including accounts, passwords, printers, phones, conference rooms, and connectivity.

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, software, and common hardware issues.

Set up, image, deploy, and reassign computers, peripherals, and warehouse technology.

Support audio-visual equipment for trainings, meetings, and presentations.

Track requests, communicate status, escalate when needed, and maintain simple self-service guides.
Systems Administration
-
Manage Microsoft 365 users, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Administer Entra ID, access controls, MFA, and identity security.

Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, backups, and patching.

Support Defender, Purview, phishing response, malware prevention, and user awareness training.

Manage VoIP, mobile devices, app deployment, and related system support.
Network & Infrastructure

Manage routers, firewalls, switches, cabling, and wireless access points.

Maintain internet service and coordinate carrier or ISP issues.

Optimize wireless coverage across warehouse and office space.

Keep server, IDF, and MDF spaces clean, labeled, and documented.
Technology Management
-
Manage IT assets, inventory, assignments, warranties, and replacement planning.

Support fleet management systems for logistics operations.
-
Track software licenses, renewals, compliance, and cost control.
-
Coordinate vendors, service providers, repairs, returns, and equipment disposal.

Maintain SharePoint structure, permissions, content, and ISO 9001 IT records.

Recommend technology improvements that reduce costs, manual work, or service issues.
AI Enablement & Training

Travel to DFW client and outsourced sites to support employees using AI tools.

Lead hands-on training, coaching, and lunch-and-learns for nontechnical users.

Facilitate AI jam sessions to identify tasks and solve them through live prompting.
-
Create quick guides, prompt libraries, and short tutorials for ongoing learning.

Promote safe AI use, including what information can and cannot be entered.

Track adoption, challenges, and use cases to support the technology roadmap.

Maintain training content in the company learning platform.
Client Site Support

Support assigned client sites with data rooms, equipment, and technology assessments.

Document client work accurately for billing support.

Coach client staff on routine self-service issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or help desk/admin experience.

Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration experience.

Working knowledge of networking, including firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and cabling.

Experience training, onboarding, or coaching users on new technology.

Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar.

Strong customer service skills with reliable follow-up and communication.

Ability to prioritize across corporate, warehouse, and client needs with limited supervision.

Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record for local travel.

Ability to pass a background check and perform physical IT support tasks up to 50 pounds.

Preferred: warehouse/3PL experience, WMS/TMS, barcode/RF equipment, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, ISO 9001, certifications, or training design experience.
