Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm, stimulating classroom environment and implement age-appropriate curriculum to support children’s development in all learning domains.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging daily lessons that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes exploration and independence.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in alignment with program standards and state guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with families to support each child’s learning and well-being.
- Collaborate with team members and administrative staff to maintain high program quality.
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies.
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in an early childhood or preschool setting preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and positive behavior management.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet state background screening and health requirements.
