Nurse Practitioner – Hormone Health & Wellness Clinic
We are seeking a compassionate, wellness-minded Nurse Practitioner to join our hormone health clinic. In this role, you'll deliver personalized, whole-person care that combines hormone therapy with a holistic approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing. You'll partner with patients to optimize hormone balance, address root causes of symptoms, and build sustainable health plans — not just treat isolated conditions. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, symptom history, and lab review, to identify hormonal imbalances and related health concerns.
- Develop and manage individualized hormone therapy plans (e.g., BHRT, thyroid, adrenal) in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
- Order and interpret lab work (hormone panels, metabolic markers, nutrient levels) to guide treatment decisions.
- Integrate nutrition, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle counseling into treatment plans alongside hormone therapy.
- Provide ongoing health coaching and patient education on hormone health, preventive care, and sustainable wellness habits.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and support patients through their long-term wellness journey.
- Collaborate with physicians, nutritionists, and other wellness practitioners to deliver integrated, whole-person care.
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly using EHR systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (state-specific requirement).
- Experience with hormone therapy, functional medicine, or integrative health preferred.
- Passion for holistic, patient-centered wellness care.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, coaching-oriented approach to patient relationships.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
