Your main goal in this role is to provide safe, professional, and loving care to our patients in their homes. Union PTs possess strong clinical knowledge in various geriatric disease processes and are proficient in performing head-to-toe assessments, education and treatments provided by the RN and MD, to name a few.
The coverage area will include throughout Marion Co and our outliner counties.
Requirements:
- Licensed Indiana Physical Therapist (PT) is required
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
- Fully COVID vaccinated is required
- Must be able to travel the company service area
- Must be flexible with your availability, the visit need will vary as this is PRN - as needed basis only
