Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with over 10 years of robust litigation expertise to join our dynamic legal team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead complex commercial disputes, provide strategic legal counsel, and advocate effectively for our clients across diverse industries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of commercial litigation matters from initial intake all the way through to a successful resolution, including discovery, motion practice, arbitration, trial and/or appeals.
Description:
- Review and analyze client documents
- Legal research and preparation of complex analysis to support litigation
- Preparation of pleadings and other legal correspondence, discovery, substantive motions, case evaluation statements, legal memoranda
- Conduct discovery; take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and attend arbitration hearings, trials
- Guide clients by providing strategic direction on their cases
- Keep clients updated.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
