NCS needed for HNW Alexandria, VA family
Start Date: Sept. 20, 2026
Baby will be 2 MO at start
$45-55/hr DOE & certifications
- Mon OR Tues (flexible), Wed, & Thurs night shifts
- MUST be willing to sign NDA
- Prior experience working in high profile household preferred
Please note family has a daytime nanny, WFH parent & dog

Responsibilities|
- Hygiene, diapering, feedings
- Monitor active sleep/ night wakings
- Sleep training routine optimization
- Sanitize & wash bottles
- Coach parents on how to implement baby's routine on their own
- Ideal candidate understands the importance of safe sleep, soothing techniques & aligning daytime routine with night-time goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally authorized to work in US
- Must be willing to undergo criminal background check
- Must have 3 minimum years of recent consecutive NCS work
- Must have completed the newborn care specialist course and be able to provide proof of certification
- Must be CPR certified
- Must be able to provide 3 references from past families you were an NCS for
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
