Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our small cohesive team. The ideal candidate will be an amazing human being with exceptional customer service skills. They will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing high-quality beverage service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that patrons enjoy their time at our establishment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is required; familiarity with Lightspeed/Upserve POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food service operations is essential food handlers license will be needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
